Refund & Cancellation Policy

At South Delhi Cab Services, we understand that travel plans can change. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled when you book a cab with us.

Cancellation Policy

  • Customers can cancel their cab booking by calling or informing us via email.

  • Cancellations made well in advance may not attract any cancellation charges.

  • Last-minute cancellations may be subject to cancellation fees.

  • If the customer does not show up at the pickup location, it will be treated as a no-show, and no refund will be provided.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are applicable only for eligible cancellations as per our cancellation rules.

  • Any applicable refund will be processed after deducting cancellation or service charges, if any.

  • Refunds are issued using the original payment method whenever possible.

  • Processing of refunds may take 5–7 working days, depending on the payment method or bank.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • No-show at the pickup location

  • Cancellation after the cab has reached the pickup point

  • Delay caused by traffic, weather, or road conditions

  • Trip interruption due to customer behavior or rule violation

Booking Modifications

  • Changes to pickup time, date, or location depend on availability.

  • Fare difference may apply if the booking details are changed.

  • Repeated changes may be treated as cancellation.

Service Interruptions

South Delhi Cab Services is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, road closures, or government restrictions. In such cases, refunds may be provided at our discretion.

  • All cancellation and refund decisions made by South Delhi Cab Services are final.

  • This policy applies to all cab bookings unless stated otherwise at the time of booking.
